Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to re-schedule appointments. We ask that you give at least 48 hours notice prior to canceling and we will gladly reschedule your appointment. In the event that you are unable to give sufficient notice, a cancellation fee may apply. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
Gratuities
We are committed to providing exceptional service by our knowledgeable and expertly trained staff. If you are pleased with your treatment, we suggest a 20% gratuity for your esthetician.
Gift Certificates
Ideal for any occasion, give the gift of health and beauty to the special people in your life. They can be purchased in any denomination at Skin & Spa directly or by phone.
Appointments
We suggest that you schedule your appointments as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. For initial appointments, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to complete all necessary paperwork.
Amenities
For your convenience, we offer private dressing areas with appropriate necessities such as robe, slippers and hair dryer are available after your spa body treatments.
On-site Operating Room
For surgical patients, Skin & Spa has a state-of-the-art, fully accredited operating room with the most up to date medical and surgical equipment. New York State is now requiring all surgical procedures be performed in a Accredited Facility. Dr. Sobel's Facility has been AAAHC accredited for eight years, way ahead of the curve for the safety of his patients.
